The Enclave

A small fortress of permanence.

Fort View occupies a vetted parcel inside the heritage core of Vasai Gaon, the original village settlement that once sheltered behind the walls of the Vasai Fort. The catalogue is closed at eight bungalows. There will be no ninth.

The architecture is master-built, not mass-produced. Elevations are drawn for permanence and for restraint: load-bearing masonry, deep eaves, internal courtyards. Every bungalow carries a private garden, concealed garage, and rooftop terrace. The materials are chosen to age with grace, not to date in fashion.
